INSTRUCTIONS FOR PRESENTERS: Posters

To find your poster board, look up your number in the final program. Poster boards will be numbered consecutively.

Poster Boards are 4 feet high by 8 feet across. Pushpins will be provided to mount your poster. Font size should be large enough to be readable.

Please plan to arrive 15-30 minutes early to set up your poster. Smadar Levin award applicants should plan to be available throughout the session and may be asked to be available for 30 minutes after the poster session on Thursday night.

Oral presentations

All members of a session should be present at least 15 minutes before the scheduled starting time. It might be easiest if all power point presentations were on one computer for the session to avoid the time necessary to plug in new computers.

Times for the talks will vary slightly; please be careful to note the time allotted in the program. Please try to allow time for questions and discussion.

We will be supplying an LCD projector as well as microphones. If you need any other type of AV equipment, including overhead, slide projector, laptop computer, or videotape equipment, please email Deanna Barch at dbarch@artsci.wustl.edu.
